The Ghana Stock Exchange wishes to invite you to this year’s “Ring the Bell for Gender Equality” programme to celebrate International Women’s Day. The theme for the event is ‘DigitALL: Innovation for Gender Equality”. Now in its ninth year, the theme for 2023 recognizes the contribution of women and girls around the world, who are leading the charge on climate change adaptation, mitigation, and response, to build a more sustainable future for all. The Ring the Bell for Gender Equality initiative highlights the importance of gender equality to economic growth and sustainability to bridge the diversity gap to advance the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 5 on gender equality and women’s empowerment.
