PHFI has a mission to educate and create awareness on the dangers and implications of drug abuse or addiction in both first and second cycle institutions through the establishment of anti-drug abuse clubs in institutions of learning throughout the country. We also aim at educating the masses on the causes of mental disorders and its attendant crimes, conditions that trigger the illness as well as signs and symptoms on the onset of mental illness. .
