PREAMBLE: C&D Foundations is an international, Non-political, Non-Religious, and Non-profit but social philanthropic organization established to reduce the rate of poverty and violence. INCORPORATION The foundation was incorporated in Ghana as an organization limited by guarantee in December 27th 2006 under the company’s code, Act 179, 1963. PURPOSE The purpose of our establishment is to reveal the secrets of financial prosperity to individual and corporate entities: We like to disclose the facts of business life to: 1. Job Seekers OBJECTIVE This is to enlighten private entities to be aware of the undiscovered related issues that pertain to individual growth and corporate development.
