Young Peace Brigades aims to create a supportive environment for the survival and the development of communities in Ghana. YPB works side-by-side, organizes and assists communities to get together and strive for better conditions and a better life for all.

YPB’s commitment is to eradicate poverty and transform social inequalities in the marginalized parts of our world through: • promoting access to education and economic development opportunities through successfully running the Window of Hope Programme • promoting partnership for sustainable development • engaging youth and community members in local issues and build capacity to support their active participation in development initiatives • facilitating capacity building for effective and efficient service delivery – especially pertaining to health and education (we are working toward this through the establishment of Kramokrom Primary School and our new initiative to build the school library, as well as our work with establishing a woman’s cooperative) and much more.
