Fair River International Association for Development (FARIAD) is a community development organization in Ghana contributing to the employment creation initiatives of the Government. Since 2002, we have been providing mobilization, training/capacity building, technical guidance with good agricultural practices, micro business/micro enterprise startups and income generation services, and support to our farmers and producer groups and sourcing good markets for our produce.

FARIAD’s Vision Statement The organization’s vision statement is “to become innovative, accessible and nationally and internationally recognized organisation committed to achieving the expectations of those we served including children, and to develop a capacity for the total transformation of woman and peasant farmers from economic dependence, deprivation and poverty to economic self-reliance and better financial management of their businesses for more sustainable development and improvement of their lives and that of their families”.
