The transition from era of tyrannical military rule comparable to the era of monarchical absolutism and dispensation anchored by constitutional rule of law and protection of Human Rights has necessitated emergence of legal based Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) in Ghana . However, all the law-based NGOs have been concentrated in and located in Accra, Ghana.

Unfortunately, the segment of Ghanaian citizenry that needs the services and support of such NGOs are located outside Accra and mainly found at Northern, Brong Ahafo and Ashanti Regions..
