Its an NGO with a three tier governance structure headed by the Board of Directors. The mandate of the organization is creating a dementia friendly environment where people with dementia can live with dignity and honour they deserve.

Activities are organized to create awareness, sensitization and education to reduce stigmatization of the elderly and people with dementia, undertake advocacy work, train health professionals and provide care for affected persons. .
