SEDARVP-Ghana is a local N.G.O known as Social Education Development and Rural Volunteer program with its head quarters located in the northern part of Ghana. It is a non-profit making, non-partisan, non-religious, non-racial and non-ethnic centre organization which aims at bringing together all orphanages and street children of Ghana for a better future, empowering women through skills training activities and receiving and placing volunteers to sectors where their services is needed. As a non-governmental organization, we also aim at promoting good and quality education in all the rural and remote communities in Ghana through volunteers support. Enhancing good health, knowledge and quality education among rural communities is not left out.

We care for and provide assistance to remote areas and the abandon children and orphans living there and sleeping on the streets We aim to promote a good social life and dialogue among the local people to enhance good governance amongst themselves. The promotion of quality healthcare and education in these remote communities came as a result of our numerous trips to all the remote communities, staying with and interacting with the people to truly find out about their constrains as well as their potential.

We realize that education available to these rural communities is very low as a result of inadequate number of teachers. We also realize the absolute need for healthcare that is accessible to these remote areas.

These problems are more or less a cancer to all the families, the future and the educational institutions in Ghana, especially the lower and higher level as a whole. We are obligated to provide superior efforts for our constituents, philanthropists, humanitarians, employees and the communities that we serve.
