Arkcity – Link Foundation is dedicated to providing Computer literacy education to all the young people in the region particularly the disadvantaged so as to improve their lives and alleviate poverty. It is the Foundation aims to offer Information and Communication Technology training as a developmental tool to these people including the needy who do not have access to Computer education.

It plans to bring Information Technology to the door steps of these people thus connecting rural Winneba to the rest of Ghana. We believe Computer Knowledge for the youth, means Mass poverty alleviation and better life for all..
