Our company, GECAD Healthcare Limited (GHL), was spawn in 2010 from the medical business of our parent company (GECAD GHANA LIMITED - GGL), which was incorporated in 2005. The medical business of GECAD GHANA LIMITED started in 2006 from a cooperation it had with GE(General Electrics Inc), when the latter company made donations to the Ministry of Health (through the Ghana Health Service and the two leading teaching hospitals – Korle-Bu and KomfoAnokye), from 2004 to 2006. GGL collaborated with the GE on their healthcare business in Ghana throughout the period till 2010, when a distinct company was spawnout as a healthcare business entity..
