In recent times Ghana has experienced several challenges from killings of notable MPs to public transport accidents, June 3rd flooding, Takoradi/Canadian girls’ kidnappings and the likes which have affected the psyche of the people. In this choreopoem “Agony of the People” written by Leander David, there is a quest to narrate these challenges and similar tragedies in acts of scenes through dramatic performances, music and poetry.
