ARLECCHINO COMPANY LIMITED was established in July 2007 with the founding fathers as Mr. William Barletta and Mr.

Mario Dionisi. The word Arlecchino is a typical ancient Italian musk from the famous carnival of Venice made of different pieces of dress and the colors of the dress became the colors of ice cream.

The ice cream business around the world is unimaginable. Some archeologist say that before Christ ancient people from Roman?s empire used to take ice from the mountain around Rome, put the ice in the middle of a terracotta container which was completely filled with fresh special green grass coming from the mountains too.

Once arrived in Rome this ice was crushed and flavored with honey, milk, spices etc. The first Gelato of the world was done!! Only after many centuries the ice cream started to have an important space into the international business market, because only after many centuries from the Roman?s Empire the Carpigiani brothers realized the first ice cream maker machine in the town of Bologna.
