The Client agrees not to disclose our operating methodology and we in turn do not disclose who our Clients are or what we do for them. General use contract our general use contract defines the work that we will do and also the work that we will not do.

It defines the standards to which we will operate to ensure that we perform to the client�s requirements. It also defines the recourse that the client will have in the event that we are unable to perform. Where some specialised services are required, Top Concierge makes use of outsourced vendors.

These vendors are contracted to Top Concierge under very strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
