Lightweight FIBOTILES are performance engineered to provide very enduring good looks and maintenance free. They are so easy to handle and so simple to fix.
Their lightweight but solid nature permits a light supporting structure implying cost effectiveness. Its core component is manufactured from Fibod, which is a highly unbreakable reinforced fiberglass board. They come in two different types – Fibo QuarryBond and Fibo Shingles.
They are 47cm long and 30.3cm wide. The average number of pieces per square metre is 7.26, and the average weight per square is yyyy.
Basic Use: Applied on sloped roofs where appearance, longevity and durability are prime considerations. With their unique lapping system, with no exposed fixings, they are suitable for the harshest of locations.
QuarryBond With their quarry dust and fibered waterproofing acrylic coatings which are colour pigmented with a system that colour into the tile with a UV resistant resin, Fibo QuarryBond plain tiles will perfectly provide the maintenance free and superior looks to your roofing project. They are durable, with excellent weathering and colour retention properties compared to the competition. They come in two different types – ShingleFlex and ShingleBod. ShingleFlex With their natural stone chip coating ShingleFlex will transform the look of your building without sending your budget through the roof. The aggregates of stone chippings have been selected to trap and keep a film of water long after rainfall forming a canopy of insulation.
The insulation and reflective properties provide a barrier against heat, which can reduce air conditioning costs. Suitable for all roof designs and available in a wide range of finishes.
It is fixed directly to battens and easily sawn with an oiled coarse-toothed handsaw, or a power saw. ShingleBod They are, in fact, a simple and neat looking smooth felt tile with all the lightweight strength and durability. They can be used wherever you would fit a plain tile - and in lots of other places as well.
