Myroc farms was established in the year 2008 as a maize farm but was abandoned in 2012 as a result of unfavourable climatic conditions. It was rejuvenated in 2014 this time as a Cashew farm.

The farm is located in Aziavi within the Kpando municipality and it has established itself as one of the leading in Cashew farm in Ghana

From a humble beginning of a 100acre farm it has now increased to its current size of 300acres all fully cultivated within a space of 4years and still expanding it’s Production.

The fundamental motivation for starting this business was to supply quality cashew products, create jobs for the indigenes and create wealth through profit and sustainable growth.

The farm currently has a workforce made up of 4 permanent and 12 casuals.

We are  working hard to produce to meet international Standards to enable us start export of raw cashew nuts.

As one of the leading cashew producers in Ghana, with our eyes on the international market, we seek to achieve and maintain international standards, mainly GlobalGAP to ensure food safety, quality, traceability, etc.  Customer criteria is fully met.

Our vision is to become a globally accepted cashew producing company with a focus on producing and supplying high quality cashew products to meet domestic and international markets demands through collaboration with stake holders.

QUALITY REQUIREMENTS

At Myroc we believe and ensure Good Agricultural Practices are adopted to conform to the national and international standard requirements to produce wholesome, sound and safe products.

Minimal chemical application is highly enforced to ensure maintenance of high yield and safe produce. Efforts are being made to ensure quality assurance by conducting, aligning and monitoring to deliver high quality products for quality conformity.

DELIVERIES

Myroc Farm sells at farm gate but depending upon negotiations could arrange to deliver at the Tema Port.
