Yomah Accounting Solutions Ghana Limited was incorporated and obtained a certificate to commence business in Ghana in April, 2018 under the Companies’ Act 1963, (Act 179).   

The YASGH began its initial operations at the then Aowin Suaman District (in the then Western Region) which is currently called Aowin and Suaman Districts respectively in the Western North Region of Ghana (now) in the year 2009 to serve the needs of budding SMEs and deprived existing SMEs that were in the lack of professional accounting and bookkeeping standards.  After much studies of the Ghanaian economy, we realized that vast number of small and medium scale enterprises across Ghana have this incapacity: poor accounting standards, bookkeeping and corporate governance challenges.  Due to these, the business was registered at the Registrar General’s Department Office in Accra, Ghana as Limited Liability Company to extend the Good News of proper records keeping to other small and medium scale businesses in Ghana with a catchphrase’ ’We chain businesses to success
