MultiChoice has launched its GOtv digital terrestrial service in Rundu, Namibia. GOtv was first launched in Windhoek in July 2012 and subsequently launched at the Coast in Walvis Bay in December 2013 and Swakopmund in January 2014. GOtv is biw available in a number of towns including Okahandja, Rehoboth, Ondangwa, Eenhana, Oshakati and Ongwediva, as well as Rundu.
GOtv packages cost NAD 299, which includes a decoder, a GO-tenna (grid antenna) and the first month’s subscription. It comes with 11 channels in the basic package for NAD 25 per month, NAD 57 for three months of NAD 132 for a year. The GOtv Plus plan offers 37 channels for NAD 105 per month, and GOtv Value offers 25 channels for NAD 69 per month.
