On the other side, Ghanaian-born Sena Agbeko (28-3, 22 KOs) suffered his second knockout defeat as a professional.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission had initially denied Agbeko's license, citing a saccular brain aneurysm detected during a pre-fight MRI. However, after subsequent clearance by two neurologists, Agbeko was licensed in May.
