Wednesday March 12 2025, The leadership of the Ghana Real Estate Professionals Association (GREPA) has paid a courtesy call on Ghana’s Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, Hon. Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, to congratulate him on his continued leadership and to discuss collaborative opportunities for national development in the real estate sector.
During the meeting, GREPA emphasized its commitment to supporting government initiatives that promote sustainable real estate development and the formalization of Ghana’s property market. Key discussions focused on the upcoming Africa Real Estate Conference & Expo (ARCE 2025 PropTech) and the development of a Ghana National Property Database System, which would be instrumental in ensuring transparency, efficiency, and reliability in property transactions across the country.
The Honorable Minister reaffirmed the government’s support for GREPA’s initiatives and expressed the Ministry’s readiness to collaborate on industry-transforming projects. He acknowledged the critical role of technology and data in modernizing Ghana’s real estate sector and pledged the Ministry’s commitment to ARCE 2025 PropTech. The Minister also confirmed his participation in the conference delivering a keynote address on "Sustainable Land Management: Building the Foundation for Africa’s Real Estate Growth."
This collaboration marks a significant step toward aligning public-private sector efforts in shaping Ghana’s real estate industry for long-term growth and investment attractiveness.
