The World Classical Tamil Conference, the mega cultural event scheduled to begin from June 23, will be an occassion to get a glimpse of south Indian state Tamil Nadu's legendary history, literature, culture and arts.
Around 650 artefacts on the life and times of Tamils and paintings would be displayed at a 38,000 square feet hall as part of the conference.
The exhibition would display in detail the history of Tamils, their literature, culture and arts, official sources said.
Stating that six entrances would be set up for smooth movement of the visitors, the sources said audio-visual shows would also be arranged for public and delegates.
The work of 1,000 feet-long and 400-feet broad conference pandal is progressing and it could accommodate nearly 60,000 people to watch the proceedings, he said.
The World Classical Tamil Conference will be attended by dignitaries and experts of various fields from and outside the country.
