The Meteorological Services Department, on Saturday announced that the inflow of moisture far into the country is expected to sustain the cloudy conditions over the entire country.
Few thundery-showers are expected over the Eastern, Ashanti, Brong Ahafo, the inland areas of Central and Western regions and parts of the coastal belt tonight and tomorrow afternoon. Thick mist or fog will also form over the sheltered areas of southern Ghana in the morning, becoming bright and sunny in the afternoon.
Northern Ghana will remain dry, dry hot and slightly windy during the day.
Maximum and minimum temperatures from 0600hours on Saturday to 0600 hours on Sunday were given as; coastal areas, between 33 and 26 degrees Celsius, forest and mountainous areas; 34 and 22 degrees Celsius and Northern Ghana; 40 and 26 degrees Celsius.
