The streaming giant with over 200 million monthly users has already canceled 12 shows and decided to conclude five others so far this year, bringing the grand total of shows ending in 2026 to 17.

Earlier this week Strip Law creator Cullen Crawford revealed his series was canceled.

"So they told me there's not going to be anymore Strip Law at Netflix," he said in a post on BlueSky. "I really cant be anything but grateful. at every phase it was made by talented people in pursuit of nothing but pure chaotic delirious joy and I'm so so proud of it thank you to everyone who gave it chance I thought it was funny."

Just a few days later, news broke that Netflix game show What's in the Box won't be renewed for another season. Veteran television reporter Matt Mitovich (formerly of TVLine) revealed, "I am hearing there are no plans at this time for more episodes of the Neil Patrick Harris-hosted game show."

Seventeen Shows Ending in 2026

With the ends of Strip Law, What's in the Box and the female driven F1: The Academy all coming to an end, Netflix has now canceled 12 shows so far this year.

• Selling the City

• Alice In Borderland

• Class

• Miss Governor

• Strip Law

• What's in the Box?

• F1: The Academy

It also confirmed the end of five other shows:

• Alpha Males

• Breathless

• The Night Agent

• The Lincoln Lawyer

• Survival of the Thickest

While those titles are ending, Netflix has plenty of other new shows like Dan Levy's Big Mistakes and the new Harlan Coben mystery series I Will Find You, starring Sam Worthington, Britt Lower, and Milo Ventimiglia.
