'My Birthday week is getting better every minute!' the pop icon wrote in the caption of the shot, with a series of emojis.
The 62-year-old entertainment icon was pictured in a trio of shots donning a Burberry ensemble of a black top with print shorts over fishnet stockings, accessorizing with a silver necklace and gold and silver bracelets as she leaned next to a bath tub.
The Material Girl had her blonde locks down and parted with a light layer of makeup in the glamorous shots, which comes days before the music icon celebrates her 63rd birthday on Monday, August 16.
In the post, the Grammy-winner made reference to her nonprofit organization Raising Malawi, writing, 'Thanks you in advance for your Help!'
The Papa Don't Preach artist has had the charitable organization since 2006, as it aims to help the lives of Malawian children amid ongoing struggles in the nation.
'When I discovered that over a million children were orphaned by AIDS, living in one of the poorest countries in Africa, I felt an overwhelming sense of responsibility to get involved and do what I could to help bring awareness to the situation,' the revered artist said in a statement on the nonprofit's website.
Madonna, who is mother to daughter Lourdes, 24, with actor Carlos Leon, son Rocco, with director Guy Ritchie, and adoptive kids, David Banda, 15, Mercy, 15, and twins Estere and Stella, eight.
She celebrated her birthday last year enjoyed a Jamaican vacation with family and friends.
The Like A Virgin singer remains busy on the career front, with projects including a documentary of her Madame X tour due to drop in October; and a biopic that remains in pre-production.
