Under Kwame’s leadership, Opportunity International Savings and Loans Ltd. set new benchmarks for responsible practices in the financial sector that have positively impacted local communities and the economy at large.
These initiatives included providing loans to MSME businesses, providing quality customer care, creating jobs, and investing in philanthropic programmes as part of the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibilities.
The awards program was held at Ghana’s premium Hotel, Labadi Beach Hotel and was organised by Globe Productions.
The event was an initiative designed to recognize and celebrate the outstanding achievements of functional and departmental heads and their team across various industries in Ghana. The award program aimed to highlight excellence in leadership, innovation, teamwork, and organisational impact, fostering a culture of healthy competition among businesses in the country.
