The Revenue Assurance Information Technology Team of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has conducted a comprehensive training session for Volta Region's Priority Clients Management Executives (PCMEs), Debt Management Officers (DMOs) and Revenue Management Officer to ensure effective operationalisation of the Company.
The training focused on the ECG live debt dashboard, equipping participants with the tools necessary to effectively manage high-consuming customers and reduce outstanding debts across various districts in the Region.
The Regional General Manager, Ms. Christina Jatoe-Kaleo, urged participants to arm themselves well enough with the standardised template to facilitate accuracy in their financial analysis and reporting during her opening remarks.
The training is aimed at ensuring efficient debt management and steady revenue generation.
Participants were encouraged to leverage the live debt dashboard to streamline their processes and improve collection efforts and were expected to avoid recording zero collections in their debt management activities after the training.
The Revenue Assurance Information Technology Team responsible for data engineering within ECG remained dedicated to supporting staff in achieving the critical goals for overall organizational success.
