Absa Bank Ghana has recently upgraded its East Legon branch to serve Premier, Prestige, and Business clients. The upgraded services were unveiled in a short ceremony at the newly expanded and refurbished East Legon branch premises.
Absa’s top management and some esteemed clients attended the launch ceremony, which included a ribbon-cutting, a guided tour of the upgraded facilities, and presentations detailing the new services offered. The branch now features a modern and welcoming environment to enhance the overall banking experience. It is a significant addition to the bank’s network of 51 branches, 12 Prestige centres, 4 Premier centres, 2 agencies, and 1 Premier suite.
Doreen Afesi, the Branch Manager, highlighted Absa Bank’s commitment to responsiveness and client needs in her remarks: “We are here because we listened, we heard your need for a more convenient and comfortable banking space with upgraded services, and we have delivered.”
Edward Nartey Botchway, Absa Bank’s Managing Director, commented on the expansion: “We are committed to providing our customers with an enhanced experience across all touchpoints, whether you interact with us digitally or in any of our service centres.”
