MTN, a mobile telecommunication company on Tuesday treated some customers to good music, food and other give aways as a sign of their appreciation to their loyalty.
The gesture, which had become a yearly event and dubbed: “Y’ello Soiree was to enable the leadership of MTN to engage the clients on face to face basis as a means of deepening their long standing business relationship.
Ms. Jemima Kotei Walsh, Customer Relations Officer of MTN said the company valued the relationship with individuals and businesses and that acknowledging them as their lifeline of their existence as a brand adding was apt.
“This is why we are celebrating you tonight for your continued loyalty and belief in the brand MTN”.
She mentioned that through the interactions over the years, many products and services had been introduced to meet customer needs whiles expanding their tentacles to the underserved communities in the country.
Ms. Walsh said the brand was investing over 144 million dollars into network improvement and expansion to create new opportunities for growth and involvement by local communities.
“In the Western Region, we will deploy mobile network coverage to 28 rural communities by end of 2018… we are hopeful that the lives of many more communities would brighten after the completion of this project.” She added.
The Customer Executive Office said, the MTN would continue to revise their note, strategize and provide innovative and improved services to it cherished clients, “We are committed to customer satisfaction and we will not relent in giving you the best of services”.
