Du has announced the launch of the 'Future X' graduate trainee programme for UAE nationals. The scheme's principles are learning, innovation and adaptability and it provides graduates with skills for career progression and teaches tech-forward strategies. Future X is designed to facilitate the creation of Emirati talent with digital focused training.
There are four core pillars, namely digital talent learning, culture of innovation & excellence, adaptability & integrity, and collaboration & engagement. Future X has a comprehensive curriculum with training paths that offer a spectrum of tools, knowledge and practical training. There will be instructive workshops, personalised mentorship, collaborative projects, and exposure to industry dynamics.
