Presidents from eight Southeast European countries will have a summit conference this week in Montenegro, the office of Montenegrin President Filip Vujanovic said on Tuesday.
The summit, which will be held in Montenegro's Cetinje on Thursday, will be focused on the diversity and management of cultural heritage and development of tourism, the office said in a statement.
The summit will be attended by the presidents of Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia as well as Bosnia-Herzegovina Presidency Chairman Nebojsa Radmanovic. It will also be joined by UNESCO Director-general Koichiro Matsuura and Council of Europe Secretary-general Terry Davis.
The summit will be held under the aegis of Montenegrin President Filip Vujanovic and in cooperation with UNESCO and the Council of Europe.
