Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom, Presidential Candidate of
Convention Peoples' Party (CPP) has called on the electorate not to be deceived by vain promises of the NPP but remain steadfast with the CPP.
Addressing a mammoth rally of Party activists and supporters at Winneba, Dr Nduom, said 'the December 7 elections were very crucial to Ghana's political history'.
He said he contributed his quota to the NPP administration having served in that Government and was now poised to build his own party.
Dr Nduom said "it was about time a son of the Central Region also ascended the Presidency. Vote wisely this year for candidates from the Region for something good to come to home".
Mr Henry Kweku Botsie, CPP Parliamentary Candidate for Effutu Constituency, said it was time for the CPP to be rejuvenated to wrestle political power.
He advised supporters of the Party not to be influenced with by gifts by politicians.
Mr Botsie said as a youth, he was development oriented and would initiate many development projects in the constituency to improve their living standards.
