Mohammed Kudus finds himself on the sideline rather than on the pitch and according to the manager, Thomas Frank, the Ghana international is expected to make full recovery after  the international break.

It's not expected to be a long absence, but it's a notable one.

Without Kudus, Spurs mostly opt for Brennan Johnson on one wing and then the out-of-position Richarlison on the other flank.

Kudus is not expected to be out long term, but he missed a key match last Saturday.

Spurs manager Thomas Frank has suggested that Kudus will be ready to return to the side after the international break.

The game broadcast last Saturday did show Kudus. He wasn't up in a suite like some injured players. He was down standing alongside the bench area in his street clothes.

Maybe the most amusing bit of this: Kudus was wearing a Chicago White Sox cap, representing one of the worst teams in Major League Baseball.

No matter the hat, though, Tottenham will just hope to get Kudus back soon.
