Running from Saturday, September 21 to Monday, September 23, 2024, the three-day event promises a thrilling spectacle of sport, community, and unity.

With the slogan "One Goal, One Vote, One Ghana," the gala aims to promote peaceful elections in Ghana through the universal language of football. 

Teams hailing from Madina, Nima, Kwabenya, and other local communities will vie for glory starting from 7:30am each day. Participants include well-known teams such as TuffGong 11, WISE FC, Gaza 11, and Sabon Zango.

The soccer gala also holds significant symbolic value, as it seeks to unite the youth and community leaders in a call for peace as the country prepares for upcoming elections. Football fans are encouraged to show up early and cheer for their favorite teams, with local pride on the line.

Notable guests, including Serki Hakeem Musah, the Madina Nkosouhene, and Asa Awel Abdel Aziz Fadama, the Kajanga Youth Chief, will attend the event. European scouts are also expected to observe the matches, potentially offering players opportunities beyond the local scene.

Organizers emphasize that the Youth Peaceful Elections Unity Soccer Gala is more than just football. “It’s football for unity, football for peace,” said the event's promoters, reminding attendees of the larger mission behind the excitement.
