The presidential aspirants for the upcoming Ghana Football Association (GFA) elections Kurt Okraku and George Afriyie took turns to undergo vetting at the Alisa Hotel in Accra on Monday, August 21.
The incumbent Kurt Okraku’s vetting session kicked off at 11:00 a.m. while former GFA Vice President, George Afriyie, who is aspiring to unseat Okraku, underwent his vetting process later.
The vetting process is a critical step in the run-up to the GFA Elections, which will determine the GFA’s leadership and composition for the next administration.
The Elections Committee’s decisions will be published on Monday, August 28, before the Elective Congress on September 27 in Tamale.
