Mexicans are known to be among the best in the world of boxing considering their aggressive and ferocious style of boxing, which has won numerous titles across the various divisions.
Ghana, a small West African country, on the other had had great boxers like Azumah Nelson, D.K Poison, Ike Quartey among others, who excelled on the world stage and conquered Mexicans in the ring.
A young Ghanaian boxing champion called Isaac "Royal Storm" Dogboe, has made significant strides in his career having defeated every Mexican opponent in style and has left them in despair and eventually earned him the nickname "Mexican Assassin".
Mexican boxers, Jessie Magdaleno, Cesar Juarez and Alejandro Ochoa, have all bowed to the Ghanaian boxer in the ring, with upcoming bout mandatory challenger Emanuel Navarrete looking to avenge the defeats of his counterparts.
The Dogboe test
Dogboe, the World Boxing Organisation Super Bantamweight Champion faces, a very stern test come Saturday, December 8, at the Madison Square Garden, New York, United States of America (USA), against Emmanuel Navarrete.
Following the exploits of legendary Ghanaian boxer, Azumah Nelson, who conquered numerous Mexican opponents, Dogboe, would like to keep his undefeated record intact as he set sight on moving up in the division next year.
Dogboe, has the weight of Ghana on his shoulders and would look to make Ghana proud again, when he mounts the ring.
Naverrete, on the other hand would be fighting in America for the fight time and would look to announce his presence on the world stage in style against the ruthless Ghanaian boxer.
Naverrete threat
He is undoubtedly a very good boxer having had an impressive record over the past years Naverrete, has knocked down his opponents eight successive times with the likes of Jose Sanmartin, Danny Flores, Glenn Porras among others falling at his feet.
The orthodox boxer has a big right hand, coupled with the ability of throwing ferocious and combined punches.
The 23-year Mexican boxer, has age on side with Dogboe been a year older, but it might not be advantageous as they are both of equal strength.

Dogboe, looks very poised for the upcoming bout especially with "NEHO"(uprooting) chants and has made some resounding statement of victory ahead of the bout.

His counterpart Naverrete remains defiant about his chances of annexing the title.
“This is the opportunity I was waiting for. I have a lot of respect for Isaac Dogboe, but this title will be mine,” Navarrete said.
“I feel very happy and motivated by this opportunity, even more, because i am fighting in New York City. I know that from Dec. 8 onward, the name Emanuel Navarrete would be known by all around the world. I’m sure this win will be mine.''
This bout would certainly not be an easy ride for both boxers, as it would turnout to be a make or break affair for the both boxers as the world awaits a feisty and intriguing contest.
