Patrick Yaw Boamah, the incumbent Member of Parliament for Okaikwei Central constituency has been declared winner of the December 7, 2O24 parliamentary election.

In declaring him winner, the Electoral Commission (EC) he polled 21,099 votes while his closest contender, Abdulai Abubakar Sadiq of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) secured 19, 368.

The total valid votes was 40,467.

Total rejected ballot was 198 and the total votes cast was 40,665.
