Kenya's government spokesperson has denied reports of being hospitalised for Covid-19 treatment.
Cyrus Oguna, a retired army colonel, tweeted on Sunday night that he had been out of the capital, Nairobi, on assignment and had not been hospitalised.
Reports on social media said the spokesperson had been admitted for Covid-19 symptoms.
Mr Oguna has been part of a delegation from the health ministry visiting various county government offices as part of collaborative efforts in the fight against coronavirus.

Kenya has recorded 13,353 coronavirus cases including 234 deaths.
