Adwoa Amoah, a trader from Assin Nyankomase in the Central Region, who poured urine on one Rebecca Agyekumwaa and assaulted her was on Monday December 14, 2009, bonded by the Assin Foso District Magistrate's Court to be of good behaviour for 12 months or in default pay GH¢120.00.
The court presided over by Mr Joseph Blay, also ordered the convict to pay a compensation of GH¢150.00 to Madam Rebecca Agyekumwaa to cover her
medical and other expenses.
The accused pleaded guilty to offensive conduct, breach of peace and an act tending to disturb the peace of the public.
Prosecuting, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Kwarteng Addai told the court that the two women are both traders and residing at Assin
Nyankomase but have not been talking to each other for some time now.
The prosecution said sometime in August 2009, Amoah poured urine on Madam Agyekumwaa, which resulted into a fight with Madam Agyekumwaa
sustaining injuries.
