Day 65 of M-Net's BIG BROTHER REVOLUTION saw a murder in the house! It's only part of the task, but the housemates need to take it seriously if
they hope to succeed this week. This week, the housemates' task is the Blues Revolution - which sees them playing characters assigned to them
by Big Brother as if they were all part of a vintage blues club.
Vinnie (Kevin) finds Sheila Soprano (not a housemate) lying in a pool of blood with a knife sticking out of her neck. The question the housemates - known as 'clubmates' for this week - must answer is: "Who killed the stunning songstress?"
Vinnie (Kevin) delivers a message to the clubmates from Big Brother: Clubmates must lock down the murder scene, take photographs, create a
secure crime scene and investigate. Clues must be spotted, fingerprints must be taken, and evidence gathered. The body needs to be placed in the
body bags and taken to the store room for a post mortem. The clubmates will be supplied with a coroner's report as soon as the post mortem has
been completed. By Thursday night, each clubmate must present a scenario based on the evidence. They must narrate their scenario while the others
act it out.
After all of the club-mates have presented their theories on who committed the murder and why, they must agree on a single theory and present it to Big Brother as their solution to the murder mystery. As the clubmates work through the evidence, it becomes evident that Betty
(Emma) is particularly happy that Sheila is gone... Could that be another clue?
Geraldine seems to have wholeheartedly embraced her character - Scarlet, a lady of the night - and come out of her shell. Today she performed a
song and magic tricks for a bored Nkenna (Nikki). She then went outside to entertain the rest of the clubmates while they played cards in the
garden.
A big clue which came up almost made the club-mates forget about Betty's (Emma) excitement at seeing Sheila dead - it has been revealed that
Alburta (Mzamo) claimed for a policy on the life of Sheila Soprano, two days before her murder. Alburta (Mzamo) was acting overly defensive and
had been drinking whisky, which got her quite fired up.
In justifying why she wasn't responsible for the murder, Alburta started explaining something about her documents and all her paperwork being in
order and that she was a law-abiding citizen. Toots (Itai) refused to listen to her justifications and warned her that she was slipping out of character, upsetting her. Geraldine, who plays Scarlet, suggested that
they take a break from their characters for a while to calm down. Itai and Mzamo have clashed before, but called a truce.
