The Women's Fellowship of the Western Region 'C' branch of the Christian Divine Church at has presented items to the male medical ward of the Tarkwa Government Hospital.
The items included a 4000-gallon capacity water reservoir, 10 plastic buckets, 10 plastic chairs, 10 packs of toilet roll, 10 pieces of bed sheets, 10 pillows, 1 mini bag of sugar, 20 loaves of bread, 2 boxes of key bar soap, 1 box of Omo, 1 box of parazone, towels and a dustbin.
The women's group had earlier renovated the ward.

The fellowship adopted the ward about 12 years ago in honour of the founder of the church, Prophet John Taylor.
Madam Vida Opoku, the leader of the fellowship, said they believed the donation would help in the healing process of the patients.
The nurse in-charge of the ward, Mr Isaac Yalley who received the items, expressed appreciation for the donation and called on other religious organizations to assist the hospital.
