The day began with an exhilarating keynote address by Madam Janet Sunkwa-Mills, a leader in Ghana's business landscape.
She encouraged women to tap into their inner strength and strive for perfection, saying, "Your potential is limitless-if you commit to your vision, you can achieve the extraordinary."

Clinical Psychologist Petrina Adusei and Counselling Psychologist Adwoa Fosu led a panel discussion on mental health, which was a highlight of the conference.

Their views provided clarity and methods for addressing commonly neglected issues.
