<h4>In 2022, the United Nations in Ghana, working jointly and leveraging agencies' collective comparative advantage in various fields, boosted Ghana's resilience and drive towards further recovery from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the knock-on effects of the war in Ukraine and climate challenges.<br />

Together, the UN supported Ghana to:</h4>

<h4>Advance the agriculture and industrial sectors leading to greater agricultural productivity; </h4>

<h4>Strengthen systems to deliver quality, sustainable, and transformative social services in health, education, nutrition, and social protection sectors, which helped improve services and financing; and</h4>

<h4>Implement various initiatives across the country to strengthen the capacities of peace actors and institutions around peacebuilding and violence prevention. </h4>
