* Ghana had a successful year, increasing 4 spots to 81st globally. Regionally, Ghana ranks 2nd in Western Africa and 7th in Africa.
* After a jump of 70 spots, Accra is the highest-ranked city in Ghana at 281st globally, 2nd in Western Africa, and 7th in Africa.
