DOTS TRADE X NUMERO UNO HOLIDAY POP UP SHOP CELEBRATING GHANIAN DESIGN TALENT

Debonair Afrik Studios together with Marina Mall and Wax Print Media presents DOTS TRADE X NUMERO UNO an all Yuletide Fashion Pop-up scheduled from 17th to 20th December, at Marina Mall.

DOTS (Design Originality Trade Sustainability) TRADE is a flagship program of the Debonair Afrik STYLE LOUNGE PLATFORM which works with African designers to promote indigenous fashion talents through trade, originality and sustainability and seeks to strengthen the socio-economic enterprise by tapping into the fashion value chain.

The DOTS TRADE x NUMERO UNO three-day planned pop-up will feature a curated group of designers providing them with a platform to showcase their collections in a premium retail location at Marina Mall.

"Our department style store is a flagship at Marina Mall and features popular European designers including Diesel, Zara, Hackett London, and Faconnable. We thought it was important to open up our space to emerging Ghanaian designers this holiday season to provide them a platform alongside international brands. This is our efforts to support local fashion/design talent and allow them to benefit from our location and traffic," shares Nadine Khoury, Marketing Manager at Numero Uno located at Marina Mall, a premium retail center in Accra.

Dots Trade x Numero Uno will celebrate with a launch reception sponsored by Don Simon Premium Sangria will be followed by 3 days of the pop-up inside Numero Uno from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm each day. The pop up shop will also feature special events, promotions and networking opportunities for creatives. The closing day will feature Fashion Talks with experts to support designers/creatives in growing their brands.

Day 1: Official Launch, Press and Influencers night - 17th December, 2020 6:00pm- 08:00pm

Day 2: Sip and Shop -18th December, 2020 9:00am – 7:00pm

Day 3: Sip and Shop - 19th December , 2020 9:00am – 7:00pm
Day 4: Fashion Talks + Closing - 20th December, 2020 12:00pm - 7:00pm
