The National Service Scheme (NSS) has released the postings of 15,477 newly-trained teachers to undertake their mandatory national service.

In a statement signed by the Executive Director, Mustapha Ussif on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 said “The National Service Scheme (NSS) wishes to inform the general public that following the successful enrolment of newly-trained tertiary level teachers, Management of the Scheme has today, Wednesday, December 16, 2020, released the postings of Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy-Seven (15,477) graduands to undertake their mandatory national service to the state.”

The statement directed all prospective national service personnel to log onto www.nss.gov.gh to check their placements and proceed to the various NSS registration centres across the country to initiate and complete the post-deployment registration process.

It also noted that service registration and validation process commence on Monday, December 21, 2020.

“It must again be noted that service is scheduled to commence on the date of the official reopening of schools by the Ghana Education Service (GES)”, it added.

The statement urged all newly-trained teachers to accept their posting and consider it as part of their contribution to national development

POSTINGS OF NEWLY-TRAINED TEACHERS FOR THE 2020/ 2021 NATIONAL SERVICE RELEASED

The National Service Scheme (NSS) wish. to inform the general public that following the successful enrolment of newly-trained tertiary level teachers, Management of the Scheme has today, Wednesday, December 16, 2020, released the postings of Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred a. Seventy-Seven (15,477) graduands to undertake their mandatory national service to the state.

All prospective national service personnel are, therefore, required to log onto www.nss.gov.gh on the Scheme's website to check their placements and proceed to the various NSS registration centres across the country to initiate and complete the post-deployment registration process.

Prospective personnel are to note that service registration and validation process commence on Monday, December 21, 2020.

It must again be noted that service is scheduled to commence on the date of the official reopening of schools by the Ghana Education Service (GES).
