At a handing over ceremony held at the NCCE’s premises in Accra, H. E. Ambassador Diana Acconcia, Head of European Union (EU) Delegation to Ghana noted that EU was happy with its partnership with the Commission and hoped that the vehicle will help to meet the educational needs of the Ghanaian populace usually excluded especially in the rural, peri-urban as well as urban areas.

She emphasized the fruitful collaboration between the European Union and the NCCE Ghana and thanked the EU for their support.
The NCCE is expected use the van to among other things, educate Ghanaians on the relevance of peace and political tolerance in the country.

The audio-visual Cinema Van is specially designed as a robust vehicle which can traverse the local terrain in Ghana. It is appropriate for operations in all parts of the country. It is fully stocked with the needed equipment that will make usage possible in all terrains and operational situations.
