The items that cost GHC50, 000 included; 100 boxes of face masks, 400 boxes of examination gloves, 30 gallons of 5L sanitizers, 200 bottles of 200ml sanitisers, six infrared thermometers and 50 gallons of disinfectants.

Mr Rodger Larbi-Amoah, Logistics and Supply Chain Manager, of the company said ZEN was committed to the continued fight against the Novel Coronavirus hence the support to operational community health facilities.

He said a similar gesture was extended to the Tarkwa Municipal Hospital.

Mr. Larbi-Amoah said, "We at ZEN will continue to do our bit to ensure our friends, families and customers are as safe as possible."

He also praised the healthcare workers at Effia-Nkwanta for their dedication to the well-being of their clients.

Mr Micheal Danso, Administrator of the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital expressed gratitude to the company for meeting some of their needs in the day to day affairs of the hospital.
