Netflix’s live-action adaptation of the Nickelodeon’s hit animated series “Avatar: The Last Airbender” hit 19.9 million views from Feb. 26 to March 3, which earned it its second week at No. 1 on the Netflix Top 10. However, this marks a 6% decrease from the 21.2 million views it debuted with the week before, when it was only available for four days.
The viewership drop doesn’t bode well for the big-budget series, as Netflix’s largest titles typically grow in viewership between their debuts and their first full weeks of of availability. For example, Netflix’s live-action adaptation of the manga “One Piece” debuted with 18.5 million views in its first four days, then held No. 1 with 19.3 million views the week after.

With 5.1 million views, “Love Is Blind” was the second-most-watched TV title from Feb. 26 to March 3, during which the 10th episode of its sixth season was released. This is the season’s third week on the Netflix Top 10, and it will likely continue to chart as the season concludes.

After debuting the week before, “Formula 1: Drive to Survive” and “Can I Tell You a Secret?” landed at No. 5 with 3.8 million views and No. 6 with 2.7 million views, respectively. The No. 7 title was “The Indrani Mukerjea Story: Buried Truth,” which debuted with 2.2 million views in its first four days of availability.
“Griselda” remained on the chart for the sixth week in a row with 1.8 million views — tied with Season 1 of “Warrior,” charting for the third week after being added to Netflix following a Max cancellation. At the bottom of the chart was another recent Netflix addition: “Resident Alien,” which hit 1.7 million views in its third week on Netflix. The series is currently airing its third season on Syfy.
Of note on the movies chart was “Code 8 Part II,” which was the most-watched title on Netflix between Feb. 26 and March 3, hitting 20 million views in its five five days of availability. The release of the thriller sequel also gave a viewership bump to the original “Code 8” movie from 2019, which took the No. 4 position with 7.8 million views.
