Ghanaian music artiste and entrepreneur, Trigmatic, was present at the West Africa Business Forum held last week in Lagos, Nigeria.

The 3-day event under the theme ‘Empowering Women and Youth to Spur Africa’s Transformation Agenda,’ was the first edition in a series of stakeholder engagements put together by the Economic Commission for Africa with top business leaders, and sector champions in Africa.

The summit included various activities such as panel discussions, exhibitions, mentoring sessions, presentations, and many more.

Trigmatic, who may have been the only representative from Ghana, moderated the panel on the creative arts in Africa – leading the discussion in identifying the many opportunities and notable challenges surrounding the industry.

As part of the many ideas that went around the panel, the ‘My Life’ hitmaker emphasized the need to apply the right business principles and the importance of visibility as necessary tools needed to tell the African stories, the African way.
