Suhas– A handsome, charming, caring, affectionate and successful man. An ideal man, every woman would want to be with.
Meet Kamakshi – A young, beautiful and bright girl who has lived a sheltered life. She is a die-hard romantic
Suhas and Kamakshi fall in love with each other and get happily married.
Together they make the perfect couple!
But Suhas is not what he seems
He is an aghori in the garb of an ordinary man, who has wooed Kamakshi and made her fall in love with him …and there is a reason behind it! Aghoris are known to dwell in areas near cremation grounds, they smear cremation ashes on their bodies and use human bones as adornment.
The reason is power and immortality which Suhas wants for his Aghori Guru – Rudranath and only sacrificing Kamakshi would help Rudranath achieve this.
But Suhas, who has been brainwashed by his guru,
somewhere genuinely falls in love with Kamakshi and is torn between his allegiance to his Guru and his love towards her.
Will love give her the strength to triumph over evil?
For Vedant, keeping his family happy has meant being an outsider, allowing himself to be an object of emotional torment. He has broken a promise that he made to his adoptive father, a man who has shown him nothing but malice and his father is determined to make him pay dearly. Circumstances have led him to take decisions that have hurt him but are for the greater good. A thoughtful son, a protective brother, a loving husband and a heroic father – despite being all of these, Vedant does not get the love he deserves from his family.
“Log kya kahenge” (what will people say…) is probably the most commonly heard phrase in our country. Every day, people are bound by social norms and morals, and if one doesn’t adhere to the expectations, then one is judged harshly for it.
Paakhi, a young lady, challenges the set norms of society which are imposed on us – what to do, what to wear, what to say and how to be.
