The process includes being aged for a minimum of 15 years and selectively finished in Grande Champagne Cognac casks to bring out the luxuriously fruity and velvety flavours and sweet aromas of marmalade, cinnamon, juicy sultanas, and vanilla. The Grande Champagne region in France is renowned for producing the finest cognacs in the world which adds a rich refined interpretation to the traditional Chivas house style.
